Refund policy

RETURNS
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Return shipping costs for any damaged items will be covered by ZUNI STUDIOS.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
ZUNI STUDIOS is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or mishandling of our products. 

Refunds will not be issued for tarnished products as this can occur with improper care due to prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, moisturisers, perfume etc. Please refer to our Jewellery care guide for information on how to care for our products to ensure this does not occur. 

We do not accept exchanges. A return will need to be processed and customers are welcome to then purchase a different product in a new transaction.
